ANNOUNCEMENT OF PROCUREMENT OF LAND

Number: 001/PT/BPSKalsel/Juni/2012

 

Central Statistics Agency (BPS) South Kalimantan need a piece of land for the construction of an office building with an area of at least 4500 m ² with the provisions of the following requirements;

1.     Strategically located in the area of Main Street Trikora Banjarbaru City. Preferred location of land not far from the South Kalimantan provincial government offices.

2.     Land of face width of at least 30 m

3.     Appropriation RTRW region is for office and / or business

4.     Certified property

5.     Not in dispute

6.     Not in a state bound trading with others

7.     Not in the status of collateral

8.     Has settled tax obligations until 2011

9.     The owner or authorized owner of the land does not have a family relationship with the Land Acquisition Committee for the Office of BPS Prov. South Kalimantan

For the owner of the land or the power of landowners who are interested and meet the requirements as set forth above may include an offer to the Secretariat of the Land Acquisition Committee BPS Prov. South Kalimantan, with address: Jl. Banjarmasin Tubun KS 117 70 241, Tel 3262314, no later than June 25, 2012.

Attachments required in the offer are:

a.     A signed letter of offer prices above the seal

b.     Copy of certificate of ownership

c.     Copy of the United Nations

d.     Copy of ID card Landlord

e.     Power of Attorney from the owner of the land if authorized, and the plot is only valid for a power of attorney

f.      Free dispute letter signed by over seals

g.     Mail bound trading freely with other parties who signed over the seal

h.     A statement that the land is not pledged to any other party, on the seal.

To offer deemed appropriate and meet the above requirements will be contacted by the Land Acquisition Committee BPS Prov. South Kalimantan in writing.
