Focus Group Discussion on Public Service Standards

On November 29th, BPS Tapin Regency held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) in order to disseminate the Public Service Standards PST BPS Tapin Regency. This event was attended by representatives of OPD, BUMD, and Universities in Tapin.

This activity aims to enable recipients of PST BPS Tapin Regency services to know the applicable Public Service Standards and evaluate the SPP.

Ravida Yunisa, SST as the Head of the BPS Tapin Regency Dissemination and Metadata Team acted as a resource person in delivering the material.

Hopefully this activity can be useful for all recipients of PST services in the future.
