Exports of Kalimantan Selatan in January 2019 Decreased 15.32 Percent and Imports Decreased 22.32 Percent

Abstract

• The export value through ports in South Kalimantan in January 2019 reached US $ 585.51 million or decreased by 15.32 percent compared to exports in December 2018 which reached US $ 691.45 million and decreased 16.16 percent compared to the export value in January 2018 which reached US $ 698.36 million.

• The import value of South Kalimantan in January 2019 was US $ 98.72 million or a decrease of 22.32 percent compared to the import in December 2018 which reached US $ 127.09 million. Whereas when compared with the import value in January 2018, this value rose by 2.23 percent, which at that time reached US $ 96.57 million.

• South Kalimantan's export and import trade balance for January 2019 was a surplus of US $ 486.79 million.
