Abstract

Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify statistical data requirements and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS data and services. This survey was first implemented in 2005 and was only carried out at BPS RI. However, since 2014, the implementation of this survey was developed up to the Regency / City level.
In 2019, BPS hold SKD at the Central , 34 Provincial , and 477. This year results are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data requirements, analysis of data quality satisfaction, analysis of service unit performance, and analysis of anti-corruption perceptions. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK).
To all those who have provided assistance, a big appreciation and gratitude is given. We hope this publication can be useful to improve data quality and BPS service performance. Suggestions and constructive input, we really hope to improve future publications.
